"I had no idea what shadow work was before I arrived, and having gone through the process now I've realized so many things, and learnt so much about myself I didn't know before. I discovered that shadows are not your enemy but actually your guides and teachers. For me this has ultimately been so powerful.

Am feeling a lot happier than I've felt for a long time. I realized that when I was younger I used to be so much more playful and laugh so much more and just enjoy life. Somewhere along the line - I guess in the last 6 or so years - the weight of self-expectation took that away. Anyway I seem to be rediscovering that old me a bit. Even more would be nice. Not going to lie it's not easy but can at least I can see a path now. The more I think about everything, the ancestors especially, the less I feel those associated emotions, but also I feel like they (the ancestors) are closer to me somehow. I think for me this was the most eye-opening and profound bit of the whole week. If I try and think more deeply about what is happening and why this process works it's something like it gives you real clarity into what is meaningful to you on a subconscious level - things that sometimes you get a sense of but are mostly obscured by noise or the mind or confusion. It really helps one recapture their true nature. At least that's how I feel.

"The week was very intensive...The shadow work helped me with setting an Intention for the Ayahuasca ceremonies.The Despacho made me feel safe during ceremony. The Shadow work meditations and revelations that came were very insightful. It helped me shine a light on places of my psyche that I wasn't fully aware of before. I liked that Ness was very straight forward in her approach & helped me face my truth even when it was uncomfortable. The Love & Compassion from both Ness & Robert felt genuine. "Since 2016 I've been participating in shamanic training in Finland with Ness Bosch. Our first meeting was like diving into deep waters of mysteries, entering the hidden paths of the soul and shedding light of healing into the abyss. Multicultural circle, Finnish coldness and darkness of that time made the whole experience even deeper: every participant had to face their own challenges that the training brought into the surface. It's not an easy task to introduce new women to the shamanic path. Some of us were confused, some scared of the depth of the experience, however Ness Bosch was focused and determined since the very beginning to pass on the tools to our hands. She's not an easy going teacher, that gives you a high five for every little achievement. She's straight to the point, gives what you need in the very moment and wants to see you practicing. Strong teacher's support could be felt at every step we took. I had the privilege of taking a training last year that reached me on many levels. When I started out on my path to take an official class with my time, I looked online for covens or circles in the European side to see if my that ancestral side held any connection to me I found Ness's training and was greatly intrigued by not just her but the questions and information requested to apply to be accepted. I felt an instant connection when I was chosen and even more so when I was told I would be doing my Native American pantheon instead of what I had expected. She had no idea that I was recently mourning the loss of my grandfather who was a great advocate for Indian affairs at one time in our area as well being native myself. It was as if she and he were in communication. My assignment was to create my own medicine wheel with a different tribe and chosen deity each month from various locations in the original Americas. After researching everything about each tribe, I would take the spiritual walk to that deity. The research gave me the opportunity to visualize the people of that God or Goddess and put myself in their shoes as well as prepare for meeting their deity on their standards. I setup an altar and makeshift offering each month according to what the tribe actually offered in their own time. I did this both physically and mentally and it helped to feel tethered as well as respective to my deities. Each month, I had the homework of research, journaling, creative drawing, and a meditative spiritual visit with each deity. I felt especially drawn to the meditation and spiritual 'walk' to the deities. Throughout the class, I had been having several dreams and conscious visions that were so detailed from my deities and at the same time tied to my own personal endeavors. I've taken several classes and studies on my own, yet not had this close of a connection with the Gods. The approach and setup of each task of this apprenticeship definitely achieved the goal of connectivity and devotion which I know I will mirror in my further studies. I recommend this training and teacher, Ness, to everyone wanting to learn depth and focus of the path of devotion.
